Want to shop early, before we open to the public?  We have special RSVP only shopping that you may qualify for.
PreSale is Wednesday, February 26 starting as early as 1pm

We have an exclusive time slot for the following groups from 4:00-9:00pm

First Time Parents (this would be first pregnancy and parents whose first child is 12 months or younger)
First Time Grandparents (you are becoming a first time grandparent, or your first grandchild is 12 months or younger)
First Responders (Police, Fire, and Rescue, if you are directly employed by one of these departments or your spouse is, please let us show our appreciation for your services!)
Military (Active, Retired, and Reserve in any Military Branch, anyone that has or is currently serving and their family is welcome to register.  We truly appreciate your service and sacrifice!)
Teachers (Employed at an ISD, preschool, daycare, or Homeschool program, please register to shop!)
Foster Parents (have you recently adopted a child, or taken in a foster child, if so please register to shop early for all the items you need to make your newest family member feel at home!)

Helpers Shop First
The more you help with the Event the earlier you can shop!  Barter shifts count towards PreSale times too.  Anyone can sign up to be a Helper!

What is a Consignor? 
Our consignors are local families looking to sell their outgrown items - clothes, shoes, books, toys, baby gear - that are no longer being used.

Tired of haggling on Facebook groups and driving all over to meet buyers?
You set your own prices, decide if you want your items to go half price on Saturday and choose whether or not you want to donate your unsold items at the end of each event. Our Consignors have access to our Tagging Site 24/7 all year round! Drop off your items to the sales floor Tuesday of sale week, then drive away and come back Saturday night if you choose to pick up your unsold items.



We would love to have you help us!  Some jobs can even be done sitting down. Here are some of the different things our helpers do - all of which are super important and make the sales run smoothly.

Setup clothing racks/tables/sales floor
Organize sales floor
Placing signs/banners
Inspection of items
Bagging purchases
Directing shoppers
Hold Table and Large Item areas
Consignor check-in
Helping shoppers to their car
Breakdown - Sorting items by consignor numbers
Variety of other duties

Helpers Shop First

Here are some important reminders about Helper Shifts:

  • We cannot allow your children under 18 to accompany you while you help. We apologize but this is due to our insurance, the only exception is nursing infants that can be worn while helping.
  • Somone other than yourself may help on your behalf, whether it is your spouse, parent, or a friend. If someone is working for you, please sign up under your name and consignor number and let them know to mention they are helping for you when they show up.
  • We manually track all the hours to make sure they are accurate and fair. If you have questions about extending hours, or working a non-published schedule, please email us at sugarland@jbfsale.com. We will do our best to accommodate you!
  • Please wear comfy clothing and shoes and bring your lunch if you have special dietary requirements. We do provide snacks and drinks but cannot guarantee meals for all helpers.
  • Please lock your purse and valuables in your trunk or other secure area or leave them home. We have a place for these but cannot be responsible for lost items. A fanny pack works great while helping or you may use the apron pockets (provided we have enough of these during your shift).
  • We look forward to meeting you!!

The JBF sale is a great way to promote your business.  Vendor Registration goes live January 3rd, 2020, we are first come first served, and DO NOT duplicate businesses.

JBF Vendor Table
A Vendor table gives you the opportunity to put your service or product in front of your target market of parents, families and expectant mothers. The Vendor table fee reserves one of our limited vendor spaces for the sale (includes Presale) and mentioned on our Facebook. All vendors will be strategically placed, allowing direct access to shoppers during the sale. Space is limited and will be filled on a first come, first served basis. We cannot hold tables until payment is received. We do not duplicate vendor types. Tables are $150 if booked by January 26th and $175 if booked afterwards. This includes Wednesday presale, Thursday & Friday public sale days, and Saturday (half price day). Vendors may also place a promotional item in our 200 Smart Moms Packs (this is included in the booth price). See below for details.

Smart Moms Packs
The first 200 shoppers will receive a Smart Moms Pack which includes promotional items & offers from local businesses, samples and/or coupons. Get your business included in the Smart Moms Packs for only $50! Promotional items must be received by July 15 unless other arrangements have been made. Advertise YOUR business with JBF!

Please tell us about your business! We limit Vendor tables based on space and product type, so we will let you know if a business like yours is already confirmed to participate. Once approved, you will be emailed a Vendor Agreement. Your table will be reserved once we receive a completed Vendor Agreement and payment in full. We must receive payment before we can hold a table. Payments for vendor participation are non-refundable.
